Bachelor of physical Education (B.P.Ed)

Duration : 12 Months
Eligibility : a. Graduate in Physical Education B.P.Ed of
three years duration

OR

Graduate heaving represented State/University in sports/games/athletics.

OR

Graduate who has secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd passion in inter collegiate sports/game/tournaments/passing NCC ‘C’ Certificate or passed basic course in adventure sports.

OR

• Graduate one year training program in Sports Science, Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Yoga, Olympic Education, and Sports Journalism.

• Admission shall be made either on basis of marks obtained in qualifying exams or in entrance exams conducted by University/State Government with due weight age for Physical fitness, as per policy of State Govt.

• Reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC/Handicapped, Women as per rules of State Government.
  
  Curriculum -

• 150 Teaching days in a year exclusive Period of admission, examination.

• Each teacher trainee shall be required to undergo internship in teaching (including Secondary/Senior Secondary Schools)

• A Principal & Six Lectures constitutes teaching faculty.

• Appointment of teachers is distributed as to ensure the required nature and level of expertise for teaching various courses related of Physical Education.

• Part time coaches for specialization offered part time medical officer.
